We will update you with the tracking details within 48 hours of the item/s being dispatched. Deliveries will take place between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm unless otherwise specified. Free shipping is offered to only customers in India*. For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.

DO YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes as the value of the products is too much to risk without guarantee of a recipient.

Cancellations & Return Policy

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?
The order can only be changed within 24 hours of placing the order. After which we start the production or shipping process by which point it will not be possible.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled only before you receive an email confirming your order. The confirmation email signifies that we have started on the production or shipping of the product by which point cancellation would not be possible.

HOW CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ORDER?
Orders can be returned only in the case of damaged goods, wrong orders or order cancellations. Neeta Lulla will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise for which the order has been cancelled. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility. Neeta Lulla reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging. Return or exchange is not possible for made to measure garments.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A PRODUCT BOUGHT FROM THE ONLINE STORE TO THE BOUTIQUE?
Yes, provided items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. These items should be returned to a flagship store within 7 working days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT?
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our store. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 7 working days of receipt. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
You must notify Neeta Lulla of the return of the product within 7 days of the receipt. Neeta Lulla will not incur shipping or insurance charges for the return of a product.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED SHIPMENT?
As soon as we receive the returned shipment, you will be notified via email, following which we will send you a credit note for the same.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
